Keep fit

Today has been lovely. The weather, the walk, the meal for my dad's 80th.
We walked by another canal and watched the barges making their way through the locks. This gentlemen was telling us how fit it keeps him.
Tonight we went for dinner, excellent measures in place, lovely food and family time which is rare for us. Extra my wonderful mum and dad.... Not one for people photos but couldn't resist
