Lets go green!

Sometime last summer, the city council decided to put up gates to close off the city center streets to motor traffic, urging them to use either bicycles or just walking. I'd only heard about these bright green bike-gates, whose campaign allegedly turned out to be a huge blunder security-wise, but this was the first time I'd ever seen one. They do turn heads with the tourists though....
