Two Nations

Today my Dad and I took a train journey to Edinburgh, it was his birthday / Christmas present that he was finally getting to enjoy (i hoped). Over to Murrayfield to see Scotland Vs Italy in the Six Nations. Yes. Rugby.

It was a fantastic game and Scotland were very impressive. Rugby is not a sport i follow or even watch, but I know my Dad likes it and he would never have bought a ticket or made the trip on his own, so, here we were. And we won!

Such a different atmosphere and crowd than that at a football game. I heard no swearing and the only loud outburst was from one East Coast 'ruffian', "Away and change your diaper" as he blasted the referee with his worst insult. . .
