New air conditioner

We are having new heat pump air conditioners put into the front half of the house. We have central gas heating but have decided to change to electric heating and cooling. There is one outdoor unit attached to individual inside units in the dining room and bedrooms. This will be wonderful in summer for the hot nights and of course keep us cosy in winter. We have a similar system in the back half of the house where we spend most of our time ( kitchen family rooms and office). We have solar power so it’s virtually free during the daytime and less expensive after the sun goes down. They haven’t finished yet and should be done by tomorrow.

We received a phone call from Olivia tonight. She is 11 today and was SO EXCITED to get her Mums old iPhone as a birthday present. It has parental controls to set who she can call which is a great idea. Safe and convenient. Also free as most kids talk via Whats App which doesn’t run up a phone bill.

Not much else to report other than I’ve got the cold that’s going around so I’m keeping my head down. Did some spring cleaning and cooking and washing so I suppose I’ve done a fair bit considering I haven’t much energy.
