Village

This morning did a bit of sorting out. Went into town for a late coffee. 
After lunch we went for a drive not sure where we were going we ended up at the village of Ewelme   Had a walk around the church found J K Jerome gravestone   Then had a walk around the village pass the village pond known as Kings pool ( they say Henry VIII bathe in there ). Back to the church. As we drive through the village the was a cricket match on. On the way out of the village we stopped at the top of the hill. A lovely view looking down onto the village.  Then drove over to Benson to the Waterfront cafe not too busy had tea and cake   A lovely afternoon.
