You and me always and for ever

It's weird - 

Yesterday I was contemplating what A shock I must have been to him when we met.   

He's quiet and thoughtful - reserved. 

When he met me, I was young, and drunk, and loud and always looking for fun and trouble.   

He must have been terrified everytime I came near him.    But there must have been something... 

34 years ago - we bumped into each other and something clicked between this loud, brash 22 year old, and this quiet 25 year old.  Because we haven't been apart since.

and yes, he still looks at me like that, and my heart flips when he does.
