Dying fly
For some reason there were quite a few flies dying downstairs when I got up this morning (no, I have no idea why and we don't usually have a problem with flies). So I did the only decent thing, put one on a bit of paper, took it up to my lair and photographed it wriggling around before chucking it out of the window. Although I understand they aren't everyone's cuppa, I do like this poor soul's hairy tongue! If it wasn't still moving I could see myself attempting focus stacking, and probably will in the near future, as I do love this stuff.
It's better large, as always.
