which Lily made for me.  I love the colours - s/he makes me smile. 

My long absence continues - I do look at your journals but mostly do not have the energy to comment, let alone blip myself.

However!, I have accepted that I need the “big guns” treatment to quell this ongoing severe asthma episode and I am on the 3rd of five days of heavy duty steroids - not of the anabolic variety!  They are working!  Apart from not being able to get to sleep before 3am, they are working and I am so grateful - may this continue...  I hope to be more blip-present before too long.
