Paying attention

Mrs BH and I took nephew #1 to Peter and the Wolf at Symphony Hall this afternoon. First half was a variety of short pieces demonstrating the different emotions that the main piece includes. Nephew said the best bit was when they played the Harry Potter theme.

Then second half was the whole of Peter and the Wolf, which was just grand. Funny bits, scary bits (well, ok, not very scary, but you know...), dramatic bits - all good.

A very good afternoon indeed, especially the half time chocolate ice cream!
