When the Seeds were Sown

I can remember gardening as a very young child but I realised tonight, when I came across these two books that my love of flowers and plants - cultivated and wild - probably grew (excuse the pun) because at primary school we did various plant projects. From going out and collecting and preserving wild flowers to planting up tubs of flowers in the school playground as well as learning the academic stuff about plants. I've had these books for some time now (I actually can't believe the dates on them!) but I will treasure them always. Thank you Mrs Watson.
