Revived

Last year I gave Una this orchid.  It was just coming into flower and added some colour to her room for a month or so after she moved into the care home.    On a visit late in the year I offered to take it under my wing to see if it would flower again.   The flower spike seen here, one of two, started to develop in the Spring while Jamie and I were living in the flat.   It seems to like the mini-conservatory at the bungalow :-)

Another busy and tiring day at work.  A long drive ahead tomorrow holds no great attraction as I write this late in the evening.   Sleep will restore.
