Into each life a little rain must fall.

I think we have had our fair share these last few days.
A very mixed day. One minute raining stair rods, the next the sun shining.

It hasn’t been all doom and gloom though.
An invite to our friends wedding in Dorset in October and an overnight booked at the hotel, also an invite from them for us to come down a few days early and stay with them before the wedding.Will make up for the holiday we were all going to have in Scotland.

Then decided to treat ourselves to an overnight stop on the way home, staying at a lovely hotel in the Cotswolds. An early birthday present for Mr C.
