Up relatively early, after an unusually restful night's sleep.
Brunch at My Bar with Graham, otherwise a day spent poolside whilst builder chap was here for Day #3 of ensuite refurbishment. Intermittent angle grinder noise as he cuts the tiles, I suffer for my home improvements - so does he, working in this heat. Hopefully, my neighbours didn't. 
Well,
It's 20.00 now and it's all gone quiet. Blissfully so. I'm enjoying a leisurely beer on my front patio. Today has generally been a good advertisement for retirement.
