All at sea.
High winds.
I sat at my window looking out and the Ted Hughes line, ‘This house has been far out at sea all night’, came to mind.

My unsettlement has been around a good deal longer but just not able to articulate it, and still not, but prompted to note this inarticulate state.

As I looked out this, I couldn’t work out what was swaying ... the cable, the seemingly solid post (or, so I had always thought), me, the world ... the seemingly solid things are not ... unsafe/safety ... glass bridge https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=p6cqNhHrMJA ... where we find a sense of safe place internally / externally, etc.

The house, the conflict, the sorting, the selling ... cast adrift.
In the absence of people ... place.
For me that goes back a very long way and place has felt more solid and safe and is that is all that is left.

Listening to a guy from Syria and feeling very lacking in resilience.
