Glimpse

Sa and So set off for the day at the Botanics and Gullane and despite a wet forecast they were lucky...after an initial soaking just before they left the car parked they had blustery but bright weather and a lovely time. I had a tech challenged board meeting in the morning then series of other straightforward things before a session at the Book Festival for prize giving. Good as usual but liked the sound of the biographies more than the novels this year....
Arranged to stay at M&V’s cottage when A&N here so that gives me a base to plan other things around...
Once they got home we chatted about their adventures then made supper before watching a comic film about a wrestling family and knitting. More rain but then a pretty sunset....
