Tomato Tarte

French tomato tarte, and tarbais beans with olive oil.

This was a fantastic lunch, and much more involved than usual for a weekday. I mostly followed a recipe ( https://www.papillesetpupilles.fr/2005/07/tarte-la-tomate.html/ ), but was more generous with the cheese, and I added pine nuts and sunflower shoots at the end.

It was difficult to choose between posting lunch and dinner today. For dinner I grilled picanha, which was fantastic (as was our Rusack Syrah).
