Chinchón and Home

Today, while we waited for Padre Luís to finish his course, decided to go out of Madrid, as we didn't need to park the car anymore, and headed off to a small town called Chinchón, about 45 kms south. Absolutely gorgeous, this is looking down into the medieval Plaza Mayor, with its 230 or so wooden balconies, and the cobbles covered in sand, to be used as a bullring.

And now we are safely home, before midnight, which we weren't expecting; Luís forewent the last body, especially as he's working tomorrow.

Gratefuls;
- an absolutely superb lunch in a shady, plant covered courtyard in one of the medieval taverns on the square, just a shame the Padre wasn't with us
- minute choc ices with our coffee, never had that before
- being glad to get back home, and glad we went away as well, not to mention strengthened friendships
