Windy!

Wild and windy day. But the sun came out and fooled us in to believing it was easing off. Took Fletch down to Channelside.

It was still very windy with some strong gusts . The tide was very high at almost 10 metres by the dock wall and was still racing in. It's not often we see it like this.  We had an exhilarating walk. Only a few phone snaps. Another case of " should have brought my camera " but when you do the same walk frequently you expect it to be the same. Not so today.

After the walk a quick nip into Tesco to take advantage of the 25% off 6 bottles of wine. M is still on antibiotics so no wine for him this weekt but maybe I'll have a glass!

Local newspaper headline outside Tesco saying that BAE are expecting a lot of their staff to continue to work from home till 2023! 
To think last March we thought the pandemic would have fizzled out by July!
