Bahtinov Mask

Nothing to do with Covid but a focusing aid for my telescope. Rather than forking out money I don't have for a commercially made one (the reviews were mixed anyway) I printed out a template and made my own from a sheet of card and some masking tape.
It takes the guesswork out of focusing by creating a four pointed star which you align with a central spike to create a six pointed star. I've made it sound more complicated than it is! I tried it the other night when there was a brief period of clear sky and it worked a treat. I just need more clear skies now.
