High Hopes

A rather stressful day at the home office after a stroll with Léo this morning. It is still hot but tomorrow is supposed to change. 
Took a break for a rather long run up the hill, haven't ran up there this year. Here is view from top. The descent was easier. 

Listened to one of my fav podcasts while I was running: Pod Save America, hosted by guys who used to be Obama's speech writers. They seem very positive about the way the convention panned out.

I think that some of the speeches were really moving., especially Kamala and the Obamas, So here's hoping that this awful period in USA can come to an end soon.
As for UK,  Bozo is on holiday again!
