Sublime and ridiculous

After almost settling for a blip of the tomatoes on the vine, I was required late this afternoon to get my proper camera out to take a photo of Sam for his student card.

We spent a lot of time trying to get the lighting right, as well as the expression, not too smiley but not too serious.  However, nowhere near as much time as we spent trying to get the dog lined up on Snapchat using this cartoon face filter.

It was worth it though!  Roll on a silly Friday night...& a week off work for me!
