With a high tide forecast we headed for Parkgate on Wirral today.

The wind was in the wrong direction for the tide to come high up on the salt marshes.

Most of the action was in the far distance.

Lunch at the Elephant Lounge. Didn't see any elephants but did spot a zebra in a field with a couple of donkeys.
