St Scholastica's Marmalade

Today was my marmalade brewing day for the year.

Almost every year I produce a big batch of marmalade - hopefully sufficient to see me through to this time next year. This year it's "St Scholastica's Marmalade".

February 10th is St Scholastica's Day and is well remembered in and around Oxford for a fairly substantial riot in 1355. The weather was sufficiently cold and wet today to ensure that there wasn't a repeat this year.
