Spiralling ...

... in Nelson. There is the most incredible display of succulent things sprouting forth all the way up the bell tower, and beyond, at the cathedral.

A busy day exploring, having my hair cut (it took an age, cost a fortune and the poor woman had to have a second go at it as the first attempt was a bit custard coloured),  walking miles, admiring the trees (mega redwoods) and ending up in the cinema - Radioactive about Marie Curie - ok apart from some rather bad cliched bits.

Feeling a bit tired, emotional and spiky so thank you for your continued kind comments. We had a quick whatsapp with Joe and Esme  - she was painting in her tutu.
