I had a work meeting this morning and it was good to get my head back into the game again. I’m grateful for this phased return to work as without it I think 1st September would be a bit of a shock.

Grace and I are doing our bit to help the local economy (!!) and working our way round various Shrewsbury restaurants. Today it was Umai for Japanese food and it was delicious.
