Flipping tipping rain

I also had a new raincoat delivered as my only one in Hampshire is rather heavy on a warm day.  Didn’t expect to be able to test it quite so thoroughly.  It tipped with rain all day and my lunchtime walk wasn’t much fun.  Still the ground is so dry and the Meon a trickle so it really is needed.
