Rudbeckia

A decent day weather-wise, so did some gardening in the morning. Dead-headed our spirea, which took ages to do! Tidied up the veg beds and staked the Brussel sprout plants. Hope they survive to produce a crop. Looking rather sorry for themselves as something has eaten the leaves which are full of holes. This is the first flower of the rudbeckia plants.
Met a friend for a walk in the afternoon. Lily and James (cats) arrived at teatime - Steven and Lisa are away to Skye for the weekend.
