All too brief!

C's friends and JD had to go back today.......the visit was all too brief!

This is them literally seconds before they left.

I am not having the best day today....feeling a bit dizzy and my knee is stiff. I think my body is trying to tell me to slow down a wee bit! I'm also a bit down that my boy has gone but I am looking forward to when he comes back and I am fully recovered and able to do more. I think I'm just a wee bit emotional today altogether!!!

Anyway onwards and upwards....enjoy what is left of the weekend!
