Spent the day doing all those household jobs that build up . Finished the day with an exciting visit to B and Q to buy gravel and play sand . The photo is the view from the carpark of the Wainwright bridge  named in honour of Alfred Wainwright who lived and worked in the borough . Our other claim to fame is that Barbara Castle , who was responsible for the success of the equal pay act, was our MP for many years. The road going over the bridge is called Barbara Castle Way.
