Shoes

Ran/walked 6.8 miles through muddy, water-logged fields this morning. It was hard work and not much fun. I was completely soaked and my shoes and socks were brown. I even had mud up my legs and on my feet when I peeled off my wet socks. Not pleasant!

Then drove down Salisbury to spend some time catching up with old friends and playing with their beautiful 18 month old daughter. Hence the little red pair of shoes here.

Great to see old school friends and have a giggle - although admittedly I appear to have slept through most of yesterday evening after the exertions of the morning.
