Wonderful Whitby is alive with visitors ..... and Herring Gulls. Not only do these pesky birds make a racket at all times of day and night, they also are adept at working a crowd to get food. Such are the problems the local council have a “Urban Gull Incident Report Form” and the council has resorted to flying hawks to deter urban gull incidents.
