Blue Badge Application

The three yearly blue badge application form photo where every bit of information is the same as previous, including copy of birth certificate but the Council as is their wont, make it as difficult and painful process as possible possibly trying to deter folk from filling it in! Is there no way they can keep the information / documents on a database from last time. Would a ninety year old with mobility issues ever since she got the blue badge in 2008 miraculously be cured and able to throw away her sticks/zimmer and skip gaily down the street or walk for miles from a car park ? And the filling in of a six page form and get copies Of the council tax form and get a photo and copy of the BC. Jeez it does my head in :)

No rush this year for the end of August deadline as we have an amnesty due to the CV - give them a clap....
