Back door view

Very rudimentary connections here, no cable or wireless , but we have power which is a luxury in Massachusetts.

We had neighbors in for soup last night and they returned for showers and pancakes this morning. Their house is now at 37 degrees F after no power since Fiday evening. They like just across the street, but our power comes in from the other street at our corner. We were out for a bit Friday evening, but it came back on. Theirs did not. The news report they heard was that they are hoping for Tuesday evening restoration at best. Lots of local towns are flooded with sea water that came crashing with 4 storey waves over the sea walls . We are lucky with our ravaged trees and warm house.

I am not happy about having only an iPhone connection , I miss wireless and the ability to link some nicer photos, but that's nothing compared to what most folks are dealing with.

No cable means no Downton Abbey!!
