Beach Day

A glorious morning, so we packed ourselves a picnic and headed for the big beach at Achnahaird.  

He soon found another boy his own age to play with, who also had a slightly older sister so he ended up joining their family (and roping Cyclops in on occasion) for big games of "Tig" and "Bulldogs".  Once the parents were exhausted the two boys played happily.

After heading back to the house for a break from the sun, we ended up on our own beach in late afternoon.  We went for a swim in the sea (it has to be pretty warm to tempt us that far in), and messed about in the boat a bit.  CyclopsJnr had a go at rowing, and we took the boat through the "secret pirate passage" at the island.
