Another apricot rose

Blipped in a garden in my street. I was glad to get a blip there as I was doing a number of useful things today and wanted to get on with them.

This morning the British Heart Foundation came to collect a mattress which I had had on a trial basis - the company I bought it from donates rejected mattresses to them which made me feel better about the whole thing. I'm now onto trial mattress number three and am hoping it will be third time lucky. I reckon you could spend at least a couple of years trying out mattresses for free, but it's far too much hassle to go down that route.

I took this blip on my way home from returning a laptop via the post office - I have at least settled that one as I got two to choose from and I spent part of today setting up the one that I'm keeping.

I also tried to get a urine specimen from Robbie using a kit which includes crystals to put in a litter tray. However, Robbie made it clear he wasn't going to oblige by peeing on some newspaper instead - he did have the decency to do that - and I was not far behind him as I thought something like that might happen!

Some of you may well have had a more exciting day, but I'm quite happy with mine.
