Heading for Harbour

Painting weatherboard today with some light gutter perching.  Midges more benign. Planted a couple more trees.  Got in touch with Stromness Library and asked them to deliver a box of books to my Mum.
Desmond phoned.  He was asking after us, but we knew he really called to find out about the Paterson twins.  We didn’t crack.
BTW – here is a message for Blipper A – the temperature in the bedroom last night was 11c.  We always sleep with the window open.  After the recent muggy nights CMC has decided to fit a fine mesh grill in the hope that it will keep politicians out.
