Mix of weather today, sunshine then clouds a little dampness in the air. 
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Class this morning. It was hard work!!!

After lunch took a friend to the Dentist as her husband, who has injured his leg and can't drive. Her neighbour is doing her shopping for her tomorrow so all good.

And after dinner this evening a Zoom Blip meet! Look forward to seeing you later :-)
