Parking Cone.

This morning i noticed this Granet stone has been put at the entrance to stop cars from parking.even through there are yellow markings on the road drivers have ignore them.it made it difficult for pushchair and wheel chair users.the baulk timbers have been placed at the harbour entrance due to severe weather warnings for  strong winds this evening and spring tides which will be high.lot of visitors walking around the harbour too damp to sit outside for coffee.the cafes have limited seating inside.it had stopped raining and the sun is trying to come out this afternoon.we were thinking about the campers how they coped with the heavy rain in the night.
