THE HORSE IN THE PADDOCK....
... yep the "plan" thwarted again by the weather, so found a horsey in the paddock!
We are lucky to have plenty of low lying land around the place due the river flood plains, which is used for market gardens, turf farms, and Horse Studs.
In fact trainer Bart Cummings of some renown (now passed on) had his main spelling and training Stud just below where this was taken.
Also just back up the mighty Nepean River a bit lies a major Stud in the Godolphin Horse network. And if there is a funny part to this, James Cummings (grandson of Bart's) is a major trainer at this Stud.
Enjoy and have a look in LARGE also had some fun with some grasses growing nearby here. I thought the Horsey looked pretty sad having missed out on this years AOG (Alternative Olympics)!
