Annoying

A book arrived today, sent from the UK.  In a thin plastic bag, no protection whatsoever.  So annoyed, because the book is damaged beyond redemption.  I don't want to send it back, but I did complain, not that it will do me much good.

I'm playing catch up today - three backblips to do, but don't hold your breath.  You can see how grumpy I am.
