Paddington Platform 1

Returning from a trip via the Heathrow Express.

The view is from the bridge up the train shed with the clock and Director's windows overlooking platform 1.

Its hard to take the Victorians for granted when you look at this. Here it is, 150 years from first use, is still so functional - and when they designed it nobody had done it before.
