My lovely little 3rd Granddaughter. Im cheating using a photograph from another day, Im discovering how to change colours in ways i haven't done before in lightroom so editing out all of the colours except the blue of her eyes. Its been a tough day to get through this nerve pain is acute and I haven't got the energy to take a photograph today so an edit will have to do. 

I spent almost 2 hours with the private physio today and she was great. I've had a combination of some soft tissue massage, nerve flossing, acupuncture and assisted stretching and limb movement. There are 5 specific sets of exercises to do 4 x per day until one weeks time where she will re-assess me.
