All packed

We did our first twenty five minute run this morning, well I was running on the treadmill at the gym before lockdown but hubby hasn’t ran for about twenty years. I was a bit worried about him but he did it. Washing ironed and bags packed ready to head off in the morning.
Hetty and I walked mid afternoon today as I was out in the evening and it was warm but not hot.
I got ready to go out and just as I was about to pop out and do my blip it started to rain very heavily. So an inside shot was required and as hubby had been playing the piano while I was getting ready to go out I thought his metronome was a good choice.
Met up with four people I worked with and haven’t seen for over a year, we sat in one of their garden well distanced and enjoyed catching up.
Driving back was awful as the route I knew was closed and the diversion wasn’t clear so I ended up driving towards the city to get over the next bridge.
