Wrong turn

Lots of meetings this morning so popped out for a quick run at lunchtime. Somewhere I managed to take a wrong turn and ended up getting blocked my a rather full river and then up to my waist in bracken and nettles. I was rather wet and ‘stung’.

Had another massage this evening to try and help ease all the tension and knots that are playing havoc around my neck and shoulders - think the treatment is just as painful.

I’ve booked a test drive tomorrow which is quite exciting.
