Tooli and I were going to head to Sainsbury, but Tooli was worried that himself may be lonely without us.

We went up with him and it was glorious. Warm, sunny, and full of midgies. It’s good to let the midgies feast. It stops them eating other people.

We harvested the courgettes. Here is Tooli displaying the largest of them.

We do this every bloody year. Plant two plants which generates four times as many courgettes as we ever need. In the world.

I think there will be a basket of courgette on the road tomorrow ....

We went to Sainsbury’s after - Tooli building up her ‘teacher’ wardrobe, which she buys mid-week and returns them on a Saturday.
