Wharfedale Vulture
Now these are a rarity! The unusually small Wharfedale vulture is occasionally observed in gardens but only in exceptionally wet and humid summer seasons.
It must be my new rooftop garden that's attracted this one. They're known to have a penchant for sedums.
Before and after.
My stabilising containers seem to be working - if soil was going to drift down the slope of the bug hotel roof under a deluge of water and cascade into the garden in a muddy waterfall, last night was going to be it.
