Cycle Routes

I saw this potential blip last week, but ended up with a better blip. But today I went on same route with the dogs this morning and thought I would use it today.
We are very lucky with cycle routes round here. Lots of off road stretches and choices on directions.
In fact, as my new regime of exercise and healthy eating is progressing well, I am seriously considering getting a bike. Watch this space.
