Plum and blackberry clafoutis

An EB.  Good thing I decided to make this today because the plums would have been too ripe by tomorrow!
This morning, I talked with one of the young women who works at the Rock Salt by the ferry terminal. I asked her if business has picked up, and she said that the restaurant has been too busy. She doesn't feel safe even with the plexiglass and masking, said that too many people are not being careful enough. Wonder if she'll decide to leave that job.
G picked the first ripe fig and we shared it.  So sweet! Not many coming this year, maybe because G gave both trees a major pruning. You'd never know it by how much they've grown in again.
Haircuts tomorrow! We go to the same guy and usually go together and have good conversations while Sylvain cuts our hair. Not now, though, separate appointments, not in the shop at the same time at all, and masks on. This is my first cut since before xmas, and do I ever need one! I look like the Wicked Witch of the Community!
