Odd times

Today was appalling weather wise; there was a combination of haar and almost continuous rain and drizzle. In contrast NW Scotland was clear, sunny and warm, but the only upside is we don’t have any midges. I went out for a walk when it was only drizzling in the late afternoon and the town was reasonably busy with damp visitors; they seemed happy enough however. By St Giles I spotted the invisible floating man and his currently hornless Unicorn; why would the street performer leave it lying around for someone to take it to the scrappy? The extra is a similar view to last Friday’s view of Princes Street Gardens.
