Today's ruse to get everyone to walk around was geocaching, though this was far more complicated than it needed to be due to the lack of mobile internet access when out on the routes itself and the near-lack of internet access in the lodging. I tried plugging the locations into the OS maps app but it didn't really cope with being made to download tiles in advance. Google Maps at least allows pre-downloading of a large area, but the locations had to be saved into it when the connection was available. We found all but one of those in the area, but had forgotten to bring anything to leave in them
